Dublin North Hockey Club

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026

            Time:  20:00 

            Location: Sport Ireland Campus Abbottstown Dublin 15

 

The General meeting is open to all members and supporters, and all are welcome.

Membership of the Club shall consist of 

i)        Full Members over the age of 18 who shall be entitled to vote at all General Meetings on payment of their appropriate fee, unless suspended.

ii)      Student Members, who shall be entitled to vote at all General Meetings on payment of their appropriate fee, unless suspended.

iii)    Junior Members under the age of 18 who shall not have voting rights at any General Meeting.

 

Nominations, Proposals, Queries or Suggestions should be forwarded to the Hon. Sec. by Friday 28/08/2026.
 

To ensure that the Club can provide facilities and support for the three sections namely Adult, Junior Secondary level and Junior Primary level, the Committee are asking for volunteers and support.

To manage and assist with the Junior section we require: 

For both Secondary and Primary Sections 

I)                   Co-Ordinator to ensure each squad is supported.

II)                 Registration Admin will register the various squad members with Leinster Hockey and                                                  

Coordinates Pitch requirements with the Club bookings               

Each Squad (age-group) Requires

i)                   Coach and if available Coach Assistant 

III)              Manager :look after equipment, including first and assist with match day rotation.

Previous hockey experience is not a requirement, and the Club will provide training and assistance.
