Hockey Ireland are running Fundamental Hockey Coaching courses as outlined below.

If you are interested in either doing this course or helping out in any other capacity please email

The Club will refund the cost to any Coach/Volunteer who agrees to assist with the Club either Juniors or Adults.

Because of the large number of Juniors it is vital for the Club to have as many Volunteers as possible to ensure that all players are in a safe and enjoyable environment. You will also get great enjoyment in seeing the Junior section succeeding

Dear clubs,
I hope you are enjoying the season so far. 
I just wanted to let you know that we are running two Fundamentals courses in Dublin in October. These are likely to be the last Fundamentals for the year, so if you have any coaches that need to complete the course, please let them know. 
They are as follows:
Sunday 22nd October 2023: St. Dominic's College, Cabra. 11.00-17.00. Registration for this course closes this Wednesday.
Tuesday 31st October 2023; The Teresian School, Donnybrook. 10.00-16.00. This course is ideally suited for students and teachers on midterm.
Just to note, coaches must be over 16 on the day of the course.
